There is a grocery list that includes all the foods that are in this app. Choose breakfast, lunch, supper, or snack and click the generate button and it will give you a perfect portion of a protein, carb, fat, and vegetable. If there is a food that you do not have or do not like, just click generate again until you find a meal that fits you. Eating three meals and two snacks is estimated at 2000 calories. Please adjust to your caloric needs.
